THE FACTS

The group of essential amino acids that make up the BCAA pool include L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine. The combination of these three amino acids make up over 1/3 of all skeletal muscle in the human body, and they have been shown to play an important role in protein synthesis, and thus muscle growth, repair and other vital cellular and hormonal functions. Leucine has been shown to, amongst other benefits, promote exercise performance and recovery, especially when taken at high dosages.

L-Carnitine L-Tartrate has been shown to be beneficial as a recovery promoter, where a marked reduction in muscle damage has been observed. An increase in anabolic responses can be attributed to an increase in hormone receptor availability for binding with anabolic hormones. This enhances the hormonal environment and promotes anabolism, resulting in an improved muscle tissue recovery rate throughout and after physical activity.

HOW TO TAKE AMINO MUSCLE

Mix 1-2 scoops with 6-12oz water (or to taste) and stir or shake well. Let stand for 30 seconds before drinking. Sip before and during your training session or sport activity. If you had a strenuous training session, take another serving immediately after training. If you want to increase your overall daily BCAA uptake, you can also add 1-2 scoops of Amino Muscle to your regular water intake and enjoy throughout the day. When: Before, during, and after training, or throughout the day.

Important Notice: Consult your physician before use (especially if you have a medical condition). Do not use if you are pregnant/lactating, or under the age of 18. An adequate state of hydration must be maintained – consume at least 8-10 large glasses of water per day.
