Date and Almond Protein Cookies Recipe

Need a quick energy post? Handy pre workout snack? These soft date and almond protein cookies are super easy to make and will provide you with the ultimate energy and protein release! Perfect for a pre leg day snack or running aid! What’s more, you only need 4  ingredients and the recipe is super simple and quick!    

Ingredients

  So here’s what you’ll need: 2 scoops of Myprotein Impact Whey protein (your preferred flavour! We used chocolate caramel) 12 pitted dates 50g of Greek yogurt 50g of almonds (15 almonds) date and almond protein rounds  

The Preparation

  Preheat the oven at 150 degrees Celsius Combine all your ingredients into a blender and blend until you get a runny doughy mixture Onto a baking tray add a spoonfuls of the mix to form separate rounds of your desired size, until all your mixture is used. Place the rounds in the oven for around ten minutes. date and almond protein rounds  

The Eating!
